  • We are independent of instant messenger as we don’t have any interaction with IM apps, we take data which is owned by user – and use technology which is open source.

  • We archive chats of user which are authorized by user after taking permission.

  • FinChat helps in protecting consumer rights by helping in chat archival to be used in case of issue. (FinChat does not store/own/use any other parties data.)
  • We don’t have access to data. User data access is given to that user or compliance officer of that organisation.

  • We do not violate any terms of use of any entity in this process
